Returns & Exchanges

At Firefly Official Merchandise, we want you to love your gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging if possible and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned merchandise, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
